Everything grows, changes and leaves a trace. A form evolves with time, shaped by touch, movement and chance. This is the essence of wabi-sabi: finding beauty in the imperfect, the unfinished and the fleeting.
Ydentity embraces this natural imperfection. Casting marks, subtle irregularities, scratches and the changing surface of metal are not flaws, but part of the life of a piece.
Jewellery is not meant to remain untouched. It is meant to evolve.

About the Designer
Ydentity was founded by designer and jeweller Yuliana Linia, a graduate of the University of the Arts London.
Her work explores human identity, anatomy and the beauty of organic forms. She is drawn to objects with character — imperfect, sensual and sometimes slightly strange — transforming them into sculptural jewellery that becomes an extension of the body and part of the wearer’s personal story.
The Story of Ydentity
Ydentity was born from a moment when everything fell apart.
Founded in London in 2019, Ydentity emerged just as Yuliana Linia was beginning to build her career in jewellery. Then the world stopped. Plans dissolved, opportunities vanished, and the future she had imagined suddenly became uncertain.
With no clear path ahead, she began to create.
The first piece was Fangs.
It was not intended to become a brand. It was simply a way forward — a way to turn uncertainty into something tangible.
Fangs was followed by Rudiments — the first collection to reveal Ydentity’s distinctive language: organic forms, anatomical fragments and a sensual tension between the body and metal.
Then came an unexpected discovery: ancient Cretaceous ammonites, preserved in the earth for millions of years. Their hypnotic spirals and intricate geometry became the inspiration for Fractals — bringing forms from a distant past into a new life.

Drawing inspiration from fractal patterns found throughout living forms, Ydentity explores the visual connections between flora, fauna, ancient skeletons and the human body.
Curves, hollows, proportions and unexpected details are distilled into abstract anatomical forms — familiar enough to feel instinctive, yet strange enough to intrigue.
Ydentity jewellery is designed as an extension of the body, reshaping the familiar silhouette. Bold yet refined, sharp yet fluid, provocative yet alluring — each piece carries its own character.
More than adornment, these are sculptural objects to be worn, felt and made personal.
Each piece is handcrafted in limited quantities, with a focus on considered design, responsible materials and lasting wear.

Sustainability & Materials
Ydentity believes that thoughtful design begins with thoughtful choices.
We favour slow, considered production over mass manufacturing, creating limited quantities and developing each piece with longevity in mind.
Materials are selected with equal care. Where possible, Ydentity works with recycled and responsibly sourced metals, sustainable production techniques and laboratory-created stones, while avoiding unnecessary use of natural materials that require extraction from living ecosystems.
The Fractals collection incorporates genuine Cretaceous ammonites — ancient fossils preserved in the earth for millions of years.
For Ydentity, sustainability is not a trend or an aesthetic. It is about creating fewer, more meaningful objects — pieces designed to be kept, worn and carried through time.

This design is one of my favorites that I’ve ever worked on. The reincarnation of the ancient cretaceous ammonite into a sleek modern jewelry piece turns into an evocative work of art. The fractal pattern and stylistically unique concept are so well translated into the finished product.
