RETURNS
We suggest that you promptly check the product for completeness, visible defects, and transport damage as soon as it is delivered. You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns unless they are due to a fault of ours or a claim.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
Please note that bespoke orders, special commissions, personalised goods are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept exchanges or refunds of earrings bought online unless they are defective or faulty.
To complete your return, you must e-mail us at ydentity.jewelry@gmail.com for further information with your order number and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. Pack all the goods securely in their original packaging with all the labels, care information and in a protective outer packaging before posting.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NON REFUNDABLE GOODS
We are unable to accept returned goods which have been worn or damaged. All the items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of a fair wear and tear will be not be accepted as faulty. Items deemed to have suffered wear and tear may be repairable. We will make a small charge for this service and for postage.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ydentity.jewelry@gmail.com.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
